Argentinian Benefit CD by Casa de la Cultura de la Calle.

The House of Culture is an NGO founded and directed by the actor and producer,
GASTÓN PAULS. The association has for aim to create a creative space for children
and adolescents at risk. More than 400 children from homes Children's Institutes, schools and
kids on the street participating in our workshops. We are rooted to the link, artistic and therapeutic.
We note that since the art work opens up tremendous possibilities for transformation. Culture,
education, creative, diverse artistic expressions are the starting point from which the Casa de
la Cultura de la Calle works to promote the boys and girls the ability to dream and transform.
The objective of this project is that the kids find in music a place for expression and production.
All lyrics on this CD were written by children of 7-21 years. We worked with over 150 kids so
that from each workshop (theater, music, visual arts and visual arts) the kids write, text, songs,
ideas, stories related to dreams, to which they ever sang, to what they would like to sing to their
children. To the musicians who participated in this project we suggested that, with these letters
compose and perform a song thinking about how they sing the lyrics to their children. Something
simple, small, a lullaby. The result is the creation of a CD, which will be sold to benefit the
Association.

Kevin Johansen, Miguel Cantilo y Hugo Fattoruso.
The executive production of the CD was in charge of NICOLÁS PAULS, musician and actor.

All proceeds from the sale of the CD will be donated to the Casa de la Cultura de la Calle
to carry out projects of social inclusion through art with children at social risk.
For each US$9 raised, US$2.25 go to Casa de la Cultura de la Calle.
At the moment the CD can only be purchased at branches of the supermarket chain Disco in Argentina.
